“I chose to be a part of education because it gives me the chance to have a hand in helping our students grow,” says Redfearn. “ I enjoy watching the students grow on a personal and academic level. There is nothing more rewarding for me than watching former students become successful in life. It could be something as simple as becoming employed and maintaining a job, getting married, starting a family or being able to positively influence others.”
