District honors perfect attendance

Chesterfield County School District would like to recognize two students who completed grades 1-12 and one student who completed grades 1-6, without having been absent, according to Attendance Coordinator, Laurie Tarleton.

This year’s 12 year Perfect Attendance milestone was achieved by, Sabrina Ann Watkins and Ralph Hata Crosby. Sabrina Ann Watkins is a Cheraw High School student, and the daughter of, David and Cheryl Watkins of Cheraw, SC. Ralph Hata Crosby is a Cheraw High School student, and the son of, Ralph and Rebecca Crosby of Cheraw, SC. Chesterfield County School District in recognition of this accomplishment presented these two students with a plaque and $50.00 gift card from Walmart.

This year’s six-year Perfect Attendance milestone was achieved by Darius Javarus Rivers, a Chesterfield Ruby Middle School student, and the son of Darrell Rivers and Celena McCoy of Chesterfield.
Chesterfield County School District, in recognition of this accomplishment, presented the student with a trophy and $25.00 gift card from Walmart.

District-wide 469 students had perfect attendance for the 2016-2017 school year. These students were recognized by receiving a certificate from Chesterfield County School District.
