Instructional Materials Complaint Form

State Board of Education Regulation 43-170 requires that instructional materials in South Carolina public schools be age and developmentally appropriate and aligned with South Carolina’s instructional program. The district provides a standards-based instructional program focused on high academic achievement resulting in graduates who have world-class knowledge, skills, and life and career characteristics to be college and career ready.

 

Parents of a student attending a school in the district may contest instructional materials by completing the attached form and emailing the completed form to Shari Stubbs, Chief Academic Officer, at sstubbs@chesterfieldschools.org. Please review form instructions prior to submitting a complaint.
