District announces three Teacher of the Year Finalists

Edwards Elementary's Meghan Faulkenberry, Jefferson Elementary's Andrea Garrison, and New Heights Middle's Kristen Kingen were selected from among 16 district teachers of the year, each representing their respective schools in the county.
