This is the fourth year a Chesterfield County student has earned one or both of these awards. South Carolina Council for Exceptional Children is a professional organization that is dedicated to advancing the success of children with exceptionalities through advocacy, standards and professional development. CEC has recognized children and youth with exceptionalities who have demonstrated their determination and achievements in multiple ways. Ny’ree has demonstrated outstanding evidence of achievements in school-related activities, community activities, work experience and honors/awards.
