A certified public accountant with five years of public auditing experience, Mr. Caskey transitioned into the field of higher education in the Fall of 2020. Mr. Caskey has served as the Accounting Manager in the business office at Northeastern Technical College during that timeframe and has recently taken over duties as the Interim Director of Finance.
Mr. Caskey is a two-time graduate of the University of South Carolina, receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 2015 and his Master of Accountancy degree in 2016. He received his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in 2017.
Mr. Caskey and his wife, reside just outside the city limits of Chesterfield, SC. They are both active in Shiloh United Methodist Church.
According to Interim Superintendent, Dr. Chan Anderson, “Mr. Caskey’s financial aptitude, work ethic and interpersonal skill places him on the pathway to be a great contributor to our district’s fiscal well-being. Great things are in store for our school district and Mr. Caskey will certainly play a role on our journey.”
