Individuals who renew their National Board Certification must provide sufficient evidence of the application of professional growth in ways that have a meaningful impact on student learning. They submit a Profile of Professional Growth composed of 3 interrelated components and a reflection. These components draw upon a group of Professional Growth Experiences that reflect their continuous commitment and contributions to the teaching profession. This process is a rigorous, performance-based, peer-reviewed practice and requires a tremendous amount of work and dedication on the part of each individual. We are very fortunate to have these three educators as part of the Chesterfield County School District team.
