Accessibility
Chesterfield County School District is committed to website accessibility for all individuals, including individuals with disabilities.
Ensuring that our school district website is accessible to all users is a top priority. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, we are committed to ensuring that students, parents and members of the public with disabilities are able to independently acquire the same information, engage in the same interactions, and enjoy the same benefits and services within the same timeframe as those without disabilities, with substantially equivalent ease of use; and that they are not excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination in any CCSD program, service, and activity delivered online.
We continually work to improve our website’s usability for individuals with disabilities. This includes adding alternative text for images, enabling navigation through keyboard shortcuts, and using clear, easy-to-understand language. Accessibility is a moral commitment to serving every member of our community.
Should you encounter any technology-based barriers to accessing our digital content, please take a moment to let us know so that we can ensure your access to the information, program, service or activity.
If you experience any accessibility issues on our website, please contact the District Webmaster. Your feedback helps us improve and ensure our site meets the needs of all users. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly, so together we can foster a more inclusive educational experience for all students and families.
