The Chesterfield County District Spelling Bee was held last night at Palmetto Learning Center in Chesterfield. The School Winners from eleven schools (5th – 8th grade) participated. Olivia Torbush from Chesterfield-Ruby Middle School was the District Winner and Paisley Graves from Edwards Elementary was the District Runner-Up. We are proud of all of the students and wish them our best as they all travel to the Pee Dee Education Center in Florence on February 6th to participate in the Regional Spelling Bee. They have an opportunity to win a trip to the National Spelling Bee in Washington, DC.
