Our local educators were busy advocating for our students and profession this past Tuesday! The Chesterfield County School District Teacher Forum headed to Columbia for a Legislative Hill Day with @PalmettoTeachers.

Highlights from the day:
-Met with Rep. Richard Yow and Rep. Brandon Newton to discuss the future of SC education. 
-Recognized on the House and Senate floors!
-A private tour of the Senate chambers. 

We are so proud of these teachers for using their "educator voices" to make a difference beyond the classroom.
