New Principal Announced for Jefferson Elementary

We are proud to announce that Ms. Destiny Burns has been named as the new Principal of Jefferson Elementary.

Ms. Burns comes to us with a robust background in school leadership and literacy. She holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education, an M.Ed. in Literacy Studies, and an M.Ed. in Educational Administration. For the past five years, she has served as the Assistant Principal at Cheraw Primary School. Her educational career also includes valuable experience as both a literacy coach and a classroom teacher.
