All new hires are required to have a recent TB test to be eligible to begin work. Form D-1420 must be completed and signed by a physician.

• If it has been over 12 months since your last TB test, please schedule to have one.
• We will need this within 31 days of your start date. (If you are transferring from a SC School District or State of SC Employer and have a TB test on file, please bring a copy.
