Teacher Induction Program

Our Teacher Induction Program is designed to welcome, support, and empower educators as they begin their journey with our district. The program provides new teachers with the resources, guidance, and connections they need to build confidence and succeed in the classroom.

Through orientation, professional learning, mentoring, and ongoing support, participants will become familiar with district expectations, instructional practices, available resources, and the people who are here to help them along the way.

Teacher Induction is more than an introduction to the district. It is the beginning of a strong support system focused on helping educators grow, connect, and make a positive impact on students from day one.
